Will ChatGPT recommend my gym?
No one can promise what an assistant says, and anyone who does is guessing. Assistants recommend places they can read and trust. We make sure every fact about each location is complete, current and published where they read, and your classes can be booked from it.
Does paying put us higher in the answers?
No. The Phorme connector suggests places by fit, never by who paid. What you pay for is a complete, readable, bookable page for each location.
Is it our own app?
Your gym's coach lives inside the Phorme app on iPhone. Members download Phorme, pick your gym, and train under your brain: your programs, fitted to them. You do not build, submit or maintain an app.
Can members train with us inside ChatGPT?
Yes. Your gym's coaching brain is in the Phorme connector for ChatGPT and Claude. A member can find your coach there, see the week it builds for them, save it to Phorme and ask about their training. Members add the connector once; it is not yet listed in the ChatGPT app directory.
Do I have to replace my booking software?
No. Run classes on Phorme, or point your page at your own booking link, or both.
Which assistants read the page?
It is a public web page with structured markup, so any assistant or search engine that reads the web can read it: ChatGPT search, Claude, Google and Perplexity among them. The Phorme connector for ChatGPT and Claude reads your locations and classes directly.
How soon is a location live?
The page is live the moment you publish the location. Search engines and assistants pick pages up on their own schedule, often within days. Changes you make in the console show on the page within a minute.

What if someone asks to book before I pay?
We hold the ask for 7 days and tell you it is waiting. Start the plan and it comes through to you. If you do not, the ask ends after 7 days.
Is there a deal for early gyms?
Yes. The first 20 locations to start the plan get the first 30 days free. We take a card at the start, and the plan bills after 30 days. There are no other deals.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. All sales are final.
